Privacy
We keep your account (an Apple or Google identity, birth date, country, language, an email when you gave one), your orders with the brief and the document written for each, your balance and its statement, and the assistants you have allowed. A brief carries the health information you chose to send; sending it is your explicit consent to a professional reading it for that order. It is kept in the European Union and read by the one professional who takes the order, under a pseudonym. We do not sell or share your data and do not use it to train models. You can revoke an assistant's access on your account page and ask us to delete your account.
Terms
For adults, for wellness and performance; not health care. A document is written for you and is not refundable once delivered; unused credit is refundable on request. Prices are in US dollars and include the tax the payment provider applies for your country. We may refuse an order, and say why.
